Bullnose Edge Processing Machine
New Machine has added to Gurmas Makine A.S. Stone Processing Machinery portfolio. As first and only producer in Turkey of Half-Bullnose Profile Edge Processing Machine by of using continous movements of polishing heads, has been improved to process Bullnose Profile. The New Bullnose Edge Profile Processing machine is exhibiting at Izmir Marble'07 Fair.
This machine can process Granite, Marble and other Natural Stones in profiles of : Bullnose / Half Bullnose / Upper Chamfer / Lower Chamfer with Drain Line can be sawn at the same time.
To aviod defect on profiles, the thickness of the material which will be processed in this material has to be in tolerance of +/- 1 mm . This measurement made by censor at beginning which stops the machine if the material out of the thickness range to reduce to defective production. This CE signed machine, can process bevels from lower side. With this Option, Although the materials thickness not uniform, all bevels can be processed with the same dimension.
By using high-tech controls; the movement of stone, polishing head operations controlled by machine. User Entry to specify thickness of stone, profile shape can be done very easily.
Once these information has entered, the machine controlled itselfs all process. Also upside rooler quides works with pneumatic system and controlled by machine to adjust pressure when stone is under the rooler. Up to 80 cms width of material can be processed with this machine even continous materials are not in same width. So User can process random width Stones without making any effort.
